I just wanted to say a big thank you for your wonderful customer service. I purchased an incontinence pad for my dog to use whilst on the bed. I followed the manufactures washing instructions but had the pad shrink up. I called to discuss and the customer service rep was very kind and not only offered to replace, but gave me some advice on how to avoid shrinking it in the future. Very nice response and I plan on shopping with your company inthe future.
