Proshield™ Plus Skin Protectant adheres to wet skin as well as zinc oxide, yet removes as easily as petrolatum.

It eliminates costs, decreases inventory and minimizes caregiver confusion. Its protection and adhering characteristics rival products with zinc oxide. But unlike zinc oxide protectants, PROSHIELD PLUS is easy to apply and remove, similar to products containing petrolatum. PROSHIELD PLUS can be applied over an antifungal such as (MITRAZOL® CREAM and MITRAZOL® POWDER) to treat patients with yeast infections. And it can be used to prevent diaper rash on pediatric patients.
