Exuderm Hydrocolloids

Medline has developed Exuderm, a range of sterile hydrocolloid wound dressings designed for all stages of wounds. Each product creates a moist environment to encourage wounds to heal.

Exuderm Hydrocolloids feature:
  • Exuderm Satin Hydrocolloid
    • Satin-back, waterproof dressing is designed to protect wounds against external bacterial contamination and manage light to moderate exudating wounds while maintaining dressing integrity. Low profile, tapered edge resists roll-up. Smooth, satin backing is practically friction-free for longer wear.
  • Exuderm LP Hydrocolloid
    • Low profile (LP) Exuderm conforms to difficult body contours to protect superficial, minimally exudating wounds. Smooth outer surface helps protect skin from shear and friction.
  • Exuderm RCD Hydrocolloid
    • With Exuderm Regulated Colloidal Dispersion (RCD) Dressing, exudate is absorbed with less meltdown, which in turn results in less frequent dressing changes and easier wound irrigation.
  • Exuderm Ultra Hydrocolloid
    • Exuderm Ultra was designed with intelligent film backing that responds to the exudate level and adjusts the rate of moisture vapor transmission , increasing dressing wear time. Reduces potential for maceration. Low-profile design resists roll-up.
  • Exuderm Sacrum Hydrocolloid
    • The anatomical design of Exuderm Sacrum Hydrocolloid Dressing enables it to remain in place to protect a wound longer than most products of its kind. Hinged center provides a flush fit. Features heat-activated adhesive, tapered edge, and low residue to facilitate longer wear time. Now with satin-backing, too!
